The following conditions are all prohibited and will result in cancellation:
・Within 1 hour after eating
・Bleeding wounds
・Injuries such as sprains and fractures
・Infectious skin disease 
・Pregnant Women
・Menstruation (depending on client’s condition)
・Those feeling unwell on the day

Please consult with your physician if you have any of the following:
・Those with severe diseases
・Cerebrovascular problems
・Those with blood clots
・Those under treatment at other medical institutions

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice.
